For Shannon’s Creative Photo Challenge: Nighttime
It is inevitable, as the days become shorter, that some of my photos will be captured at night. It is something I have only recently started experimenting with, and I definitely have a lot to learn, but these are some of my favorites…
Phone charger, in the car
Fertilizer plant, note the moon on the left
Third quarter moon, 13 second exposure
Half moon, through the clouds, 15 sec exposure

For Nancy Merrill’s A Photo a Week Challenge: Tender Moments
The kids loved putting this cat into this toy crib.
Turns out, the cat would love to sleep in it too.
for CCY Week 4: Simplicity
I scoured some of my older photos and realized they were anything but simple! Learned quite a bit, and had a lot of fun with these this week!
Kuma, half asleep
Same cattail, different view
Half moon, smiling?
Trees and sky, a little bright but I still like it 🙂
Leaf at the beach

The woods at night
Wasp`s nest, but it resembles a face to me
Nancy Merrill Photography Challenge: Crowd Control
IN A NEW POST CREATED FOR THIS CHALLENGE, SHARE A PHOTO OR TWO (OR THREE OR…) OF WELL-BEHAVED (OR AT LEAST CORRALLED) CROWDS.
I found these ladybugs nestled inside an electric fence insulator on a very windy and cold day. It seemed to me that the spider had been ousted from his home.
The next day, it appeared that the spider was the victor…
For the Weekly Photo Challenge: Change
The Canadian one dollar bill became the Loonie in 1987,
The two dollar bill became the Toonie in 1996
And the penny was laid to rest in 2013.
RIP little pennies.
